What Success Looks Like

We keep it simple

Orders go out on time Customers get the right product, packed right, when we promised it.
Documentation is correct Every lot, shipment, cleaning, and production step is recorded accurately so we can trace any ingredient and stand behind it.
The warehouse is clean and organized Anyone could walk in and find what they need. Supplies are stocked, equipment is maintained, and the building is something we're proud to show a customer or an inspector.
What You'll Do

Hands-on, varied work — and you'll own how it gets done

Receiving & Lot Records When a truck arrives, check it over, take photos, document what came in, and create lot records that trace every ingredient to its source.
Order Packing & Shipping Repack product, print labels and paperwork, enter the shipment in Zoho, and wrap and strap pallets so orders arrive in perfect shape.
Local Deliveries Occasional deliveries to local customers — hop in the car and take it there yourself.
Production Runs Follow SOPs, clean and sanitize as you go, and write down every step. Process validation with the team.
HACCP & FDA Records Pest control, environmental monitoring, weekly and monthly cleanings — kept in order and documented completely.
Facility & Equipment Grease equipment, change seals, keep the forklift in shape, clear cobwebs, and notice we're low on boxes before anyone else does.

You hold yourself to a high standard

  • You'd rather do it right than do it fast, and you look for ways to do it a little better next time. Cutting corners just isn't how you work.
  • You notice what people need and take care of it — whether it's a teammate running behind or a customer waiting on an order.
  • People can count on you. You do what you say you'll do. When something goes wrong, you own it, fix it, and tell us. You treat documentation as a promise, not a chore.
  • You bring good energy. You can work hard and still enjoy the day, the people, and the reason behind the work.
Requirements & Training

What you need — and what we'll teach you

You bring
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stay on your feet
  • Available on-site Monday–Friday, ~4–5 hours a day

  • Forklift operation and certification
  • Zoho and our documentation systems
  • Our SOPs and production processes
