Important Safety Note
No studies exist demonstrating toxicity associated with reasonable dosages of pure organic Germanium Sesquioxide. However, inorganic forms such as germanium dioxide or germanium-lactate-citrate may cause adverse effects. Only organic Germanium Sesquioxide (Ge-132) is appropriate for dietary supplement use. Designed Nutritional's product contains GeO₂ (inorganic germanium dioxide) at < 50 ppm — well within safe limits.
Note on "Organic" Germanium: The term "Organic" is used to describe the presence of a germanium-carbon bond and differentiates this compound from dangerous "inorganic" forms lacking this feature. It does not refer to agricultural organic certification.
